Vipin Ghate Chairman
Vipin Ghate is a graduate in Science (B.Sc.) & Law (LL.B.) with Masters Degree in Personnel Management (MPM) and has Over 28 years of experience including leadership role in Corporate HR & CSR having strategic & business oriented approach.
He is currently Director of Trans India Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a premier consulting company at Pune.
With passion of working at grass root level, he was closely associated in social work & CSR for various projects in Livelihood, Employability, Education, Health & Sanitation and Women Empowerment.
Vipin is also a member of Rotary Club, Pune, Life Member of NIPM and ISTD .
Kiran S Inamdar Secretary
Kiran Inamdar is a M.Com., M.B.A. National Trainer accredited by EDII, Ahmedbad with over three decades of experience in Entrepreneurship Development, Consultancy and Development sector.
Kiran is a Member of The Institute of Management Consultants of India Life Member of The Association of British Scholars (ABS) Secretary – STARS Forum
He is an all-round development professional, passionate about sustainability and inclusive growth. His work primarily includes strategic planning and implementing comprehensive rural development programs; with a particular focus on livelihood development of disadvantaged; empowering women and community based organizations’ for impacting a pro – people and pro- environment governance.
Rajiv Manmohan Lal Treasurer
Rajiv has done Engineering (B.E – Mechanical) & MBA (Finance), and has Over 25 years of experience including leadership role in Corporate Supply Chain Management (SCM). He has played a key role in costing, budgeting, contract strategy, contract management etc while working with various corporate houses.
He is currently Director of Trans India Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a premier consulting and trading company at Pune.
Valish Koushik Vice Chairman
B.com., MA & Dip in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare
Valish has served in Indian Air Force for about 15 years in his early career. He later worked in various Industries for about 10 years in the field of Human Resources & CSR. Since last 9 years.
He is an independent consultant supporting corporates in HR, IR, Liaison & Project Management.
Ms. Madhuri Vipin Ghate Trustee
Ms. Madhuri Ghate holds Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) and have vast experience in academics. She has worked as Faculty / Lecturer / Professor in various educational institutes and nurturing students of Commerce & Finance Management. She has also presented and published a number of papers in national and international journals and seminars.
In addition to academics, she has been actively involved in implementation of various CSR projects in partnership with colleges / students. She is also associated with Rotary Club at Pune. Ms. Shivani Rajiv Lal Trustee
Ms Shivani Lal has completed here B.Sc (Home Science), B.Ed. and post graduation in M.A. (Literature) with M.Phil (Literature).
She is currently in the field of academics and employed as Head of English department in Delhi Public School, Pune.Shivani Lal is an active member in school for conducting all cultural and academic programs being held from time to time.

Ms. Kranti Kiran Inamdar Trustee
Ms. Kranti Inamdar has done her Bachelor of Computer Science, B.Ed., National Trainer accredited by EDII- Ahmedabad.
She has worked with Apte Prashala, INDSEARCH, and NICMAR. She has been successfully managing her Plant Library and Marketing of Health Food Cooking Systems for last 20 years
